Mindy Lewis is a litigator specializing in entertainment and copyright law. While in law school, she was a Dean's Merit Scholar and received a certificate in Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Technology as a Fellow with the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. In practice, she has been engaged in high stakes litigation on a variety of entertainment and intellectual property issues spanning the TV, film, and music industries. Ms. Lewis has worked extensively on cases concerning mechanical licenses, rights grants to SVOD platforms, and backend participation. She has also taken lead on a number of cases involving credit issues and non-payment of royalties to artists.
