| Erin L. Pfaff is an associate at Johnson & Johnson, LLP. She
specializes in media, entertainment and complex business litigation matters. Ms. Pfaff graduated with honors and distinction from The University of Iowa, earning her B.A. in communication studies, along with minors in Journalism and French. She then completed a joint degree program in Law and Journalism, earning her J.D. in 2007 and her M.A. in 2008 from The University of Iowa. While in law school, Ms. Pfaff taught undergraduate journalism law courses, worked as a research assistant for a new media law professor, and served on the Moot Court Board. Additionally, Ms. Pfaff authored articles exploring the following contemporary media law issues: journalists & confidential sources, the legal & economic implications of the 2007 WGA strike, and freedom of speech in the context of schools and online social networks.
